View and Update Guardian and Child Details

The guardian portal lets you keep your own contact details up to date and review the children linked to your account. You can also correct your child's full name and date of birth from the child's detail page.

Update your guardian details

Open the guardian portal and go to My Profile.

In the Guardian Information form, you can review and update:

  • full name;
  • email;
  • phone and mobile;
  • street address;
  • city and zip code.

After changing the details, select Update Profile. The portal shows a success message when the profile is saved.

View children linked to your account

On My Profile, the Linked Children section lists the children connected to your guardian account. You can also open My Kids from the guardian portal navigation.

Select View Details for a child to open that child's detail page.

Edit your child's name or date of birth

On the child detail page:

  • Select Edit near the child's profile information.
  • Update Full Name or Date of Birth.
  • Select Save.

The portal saves the updated name and date of birth and returns to the child detail page with a success message.

Use this edit form when a child's name is misspelled, incomplete, or needs to match official records. Use the date of birth field when the stored DOB is incorrect.

Cancel without saving

If you opened edit mode by mistake, select Cancel. The edit form closes and no changes are saved.

If the date of birth is rejected

The system checks that the child profile remains valid. If the date of birth is not accepted, the edit form stays open and the portal shows the validation message. Review the date and try again, or contact the academy office if the value is correct but still rejected.

Access rules

You can only view and edit children linked to your guardian account. If you try to open or update a child who is not linked to you, the portal redirects you away from that child page.
