Add Your Child to a Blank-Sheet Session

Blank-sheet sessions are a type of academy session that uses advance signup before the session date. Recreational players and very young players commonly attend this type of session. The session is confirmed only if enough players sign up by the cutoff time.

Where to find blank-sheet sessions

Open the guardian portal and go to My Sessions. Blank-sheet sessions for your linked children appear in the same session list as regular sessions.

Each row shows the current status:

• Open for signup means you can request a place for your child.
• Signup not open yet means the session exists, but the signup window has not started.
• Signup cutoff passed means new signups are closed.
• Registered or a green registered row means your child is signed up.
• Cancelled means the academy has cancelled the session.

Add a child to the session

When a blank-sheet session is open:

• Find the session in My Sessions.
• Check that the row is for the correct child.
• Select Sign Up.
• Wait for the confirmation message in the portal.

The signup is recorded for that child and session. If you have more than one child, signups are handled separately for each child.

Cutoff time and cancellation grace

Each blank-sheet session has a cutoff time. You can sign up only after the signup window opens and before the cutoff.

If your child is already signed up, you can cancel the signup until the cutoff plus the academy grace period. The current grace period is 25 minutes after cutoff. After that, the portal shows the child as registered and the cancellation action is no longer available.

Notifications and final outcome

Signed-up guardians may receive reminders before the session. After the cutoff, the academy evaluates whether enough players signed up.

If the minimum number of players is reached, the session can be confirmed and coach assignments are finalized. Signed-up guardians may receive a confirmation notification.

If the minimum number of players is not reached, the session may be cancelled after head-coach review. Signed-up guardians may receive a cancellation notification. Cancelled sessions remain visible for affected signed-up children so you can see the reason and details when available.

If something looks wrong

If you do not see a session you expected, check whether the signup window has opened and whether the session belongs to the correct child. If the issue remains, contact the academy office.
